Exquisite and subtle tastes - Edit
Burgos was our fist stop in Spain and we weren't used to dining after 9pm yet, so we were really quite hungry when the restaurant opened. :)

The place was very nice and would fit some twenty people I'd guess. For starters we had a delicious, cold tomato soup with some coconut milk and cardamom. After a warm day in the car (and in the city), this was simply brilliant. We both savored every spoon with some nice bread and apple cider.
As main courses we had a quinoa-stuffed aubergine (my wife) and well (I'm sorry) vegetarian balls with tomato sauce (myself). Don't let my description fool you though! The aubergine was magnificent and so was my dish. A very subtle taste and the sauce was close to perfect.
It was a little more expensive (I think we paid ca 55 EUR), but this included drinks and coffee (and I think one dessert).
Given the quality of the food, this was more than worth it.
Visiting Burgos? Do yourself a favor and visit this place!

Encontramos el lugar gracias a esta aplicación. Tenía una puntuación muy alta y sinceramente no lo entiendo. Que te cobren 17,90€ por una ensalada de mézclum, 4 trozos de aguacate y 4 trozos de mango... Y eso de que por el tamaño son para 2 personas... Lo dudo. Hemos compartido la ensalada y un segundo cada una (4 albóndigas de avena, 10,20€ y unas crepes a 12€). Total, que nos hemos quedado con hambre y estamos merendando. La atención del camarero deja bastante que desear: muy seco. Pongo 2 estrellas porque no me deja poner una.

The restaurant was a little difficult to find, but it was well worth the search. We had the daily menu, which was excellent and good value. Very happy to find this place, and the owner was extremely helpful.

This is a great restaurant, the space is very nice, the location is right in the city center and the food is amazing. It happens to be vegetarian, but you will not miss the meat or the fish, because the have great food.
Read moreI chose to have the menu, the first dish was the green salad that had a good assortment of leafy greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, chestnuts and a slightly spicy balsamic dressing. My main were the oat meetballs, simply delicious, the tomato sauce was creamy and full of flavor, it came with a bit of rice and carrots.
The service was very quick and polite.
Great meal and great place. I will came back for sure if I have the chance.

This restaurant was simply the best meal I have experienced (as a vegetarian and previously as an onmivore). We will be travelling back to Burgos specifically to go to this restaurant next time we are in Spain. It was that good. They have a new menu every weekend. The owner was really attentive and spoke great english. He was very helpful and very friendly. He put us at ease.

Best Veggie Meal ever! - Edit
I am not exaggerating! It was the most delicious vegan meal I have had in Spain as of yet (and I have lived here over a year!!) if you are a veggie or vegan in Spain and near this area, you cannot miss it! Delicate menu, numerous choices, wonderful service (like beyond lovely staff!!) and lovely atmosphere, you just cannot go wrong! 5* for me and my non veggie friends (they loved it!!)

The Best Vegetarian Restaurant In Burgos. - Edit
Without any doubt have some recipes delicious. I am a customer for many years and every time I go I am amazed with some new recipes. The owners are very nice and you can tell they love their job, keeping a friendly. The ingredients are all top quality and Bio course. If you pass by Burgos that passes worth the visit certainly not leave you indifferent.
