Simple and Easy - Better for Vegetarians than Vegans

During a trip to Littleton CO, our whole group got sick and we were stuck in our hotel rooms for 3 days. One of the UberEats options in our area was this sub shop and it was a godsend. Quick, easy to eat, mild flavoring, vegetarian and vegan (if no cheese or mayo) sandwiches delivered right to our door. It's just a regular ole sub sandwich. We probably ordered twice a day for three days? It's been about a year since then and I haven't been able to think about that trip without wanting to eat this sandwich again.

I switched between the Vegetarian Turkey and the Vegetarian Cole Turkey (Cole turkey, to my knowledge, cannot be made vegan.)

Basically like a Subway or a Jimmy Johns. Not great, but for sure good.

Pros: Quick and Easy, Cheap
