NOT Vegan on fridays!! - Edit
We went on a Friday the last day of our holidays in Scarborough I was really excited to have vegan fish and chips to be told they don't do vegan on Fridays!! Gutted was an understatement... The rest of the group weren't vegan so we had to get something but I was not happy!!

On holiday nearby and fancied chips, hopped on happy cow and found this gem. I had the fishless fish cake, battered vegan sausage and chips and it's honestly some of if not the best food I've gotten from a chippy even prior to being vegan. Everything was fried to perfection, the homemade batter is delicious and the fishcake was seasoned perfectly. Also the scraps... Why this isn't something we do down south is beyond me, delicious...

I would definitely recommend the vegan options here! I had the vegan mushy pea bomb and the fishless fishcake with chips and both items were really tasty. The fishless fishcake really did taste like a regular fishcake and the mushy pea bomb was delicious. I'll be coming back!

Excellent vegan menu. Perfectly cooked chips and had a fish less fish cake and mushy pea bomb. Very tasty! Had to wait for the fryer to heat up as we went near opening time but of course didn’t mind.

On holiday in the area and wanted a chippy that was open on a sunday. This one was top of the list, so glad we went. They have all the normal omni options as well as gluten free. Plenty to choose from, sausage, nuggets, fishcake, spicy bean burger, mushy pea bombs and tofu....all fully vegan and done in a seperate fryer......and the curry sauce is amazing!!! Will definitely be going back

The chips were freshly cooked and the fishless fishcake was nice. They seem to take care here to ensure that the food is fully vegan. If you can ring ahead that is better as they do cook it from fresh to keep it vegan
