A vegan restaurant with dishes such as a falafel plate (6 baked falafels, 4 sauces, pita bread, choice of hummus &/or babaganoush, and quinoa tabule) or falafel sandwich in pita bread with salad. Healthy and delicious! - Edit
Capivara Veg is well-worth seeking out for a healthy and hearty vegan meal. Although the name is "vegetarian," it seems that the menu is entirely vegan. This includes the creamy-looking sauces (tofu and tahini base) and the chocolate mousse. The menu is mostly variants on falafel in pita or falafel plate and they have three variants of falafel. All are baked, not fried, which I love. The falafel is delicious, especially when paired with the four sauces. My husband and I both ordered combo meals which include a fresh juice (four options, including one green juice), your choice of falafel pita or falafel plate, and mousse (strawberry or chocolate) for dessert. The pita comes with plenty of add-it-yourself fresh veggies from a salad bar. The mousse is a healthy take on dessert, which I prefer--the chocolate is not overly sweet and the strawberry had plenty of tart, fresh, fruitiness. We both highly recommend Capivara and would go back ourselves if in Curitiba again.
