Serves meat, vegan options available. Sushi restaurant but with some vegan choices like edamame, seaweed salad, agedashi tofu, veggie spring rolls, vegan sushi options (with avocado, tofu, asparagus, inari, or cucumber). Offers a veggie party tray that's vegan. The sushi chef knows about veganism. Note that miso soup contains fish, and ask if uses shared fryer for tempura. Best sushi I ever had in North America - Edit

Honestly, in most sushi places we end up having avocado and cucumber roll. Here you will be served with a variety of vegetables and tofu rolls. The vegan sushi is so good that I can eat it without soy sauce.
The main chef John and other staff is really open to veganism. They also make party trays!
