Bland and boring - Edit
My wife and I were excited to try Canyons since we found out they had a vegan menu. However, we were greatly disappointed. The vegan menu was basically just beans and rice with lettuce and a vegetable medley organized in a few different ways. The beans and rice were bland, and vegetable medley was tasteless and oily. We both felt gross afterwards.

Excellent Food and Stunning Mountain Views - Edit
Offers a special vegan menu with lots of interesting options and they are well prepared. The restaurant has beautiful views of the mountains and offers outdoor dining so you can fully enjoy the views. They also offer live entertainment in the evenings
Pros: Vegan menu, Outstanding mountain views., Reasonably priced.
