Serves meat, vegan options available. Chinese food in the desert area. Menu offers several mock meat choices like orange chkn and kung-pao chkn, and there are other choices like fried tofu, rice noodles, eggplant in garlic sauce.
Greasiest Americanized “Cantonese” cuisine in the valley. The staff not understanding the concept of plant-based foods and ingredients doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence. I won’t be back.
The chicken is not vegan and when I called to ask, the lady said it was. I came and saw that there is whey in the chickn so I had to order the tofu and bok choy but it didn’t taste authentic whatsoever
