The Thai curry had no replacement for meat (no tofu). It also lacked of salt for the curry and the soup.

BIO local Canteen with vegan options - Edit
Located at 6 rue du Moulin Joly in Paris 11, in a quiet and quiet street, this brand, open in May 2018, offers a restaurant with vegetarian and vegan organic options, in addition to being a canteen, a fine organic restaurant Ethics is present as well as a coworking space.

Virginie is a volunteer for an association that hosts homeless women, the canteen also shares cafes and "hanging dishes".
I was able to enjoy a very generous veggie bowl with a detox juice, and a delicious granola bowl for dessert.
They are currently looking to complete the list of vegan dishes and desserts for their restaurant, do not hesitate to contact them to give them advice.
In short, a space full of positive waves with very welcoming people who have the pleasure of making us discover their project.
This canteen and delicatessen was born from a crowdfunding in March 2018.
