Surprising number of vegan options - Edit
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about which menu items are vegan. The table was a little wet when we arrived and we didn't receive silverware to eat our food with until we flagged down our waitress, but this is very minor, and it's important to be understanding of restaurant staff who have a very hectic job.
Read moreThe food was fairly good, but the burrito was not wrapped very well. The salsa and guacamole were also pretty heavy on the cilantro so if you're not a fan then keep that in mind.
Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. There were a few very minor issues with service, but since waitstaff were friendly and knowledgeable about vegan diets, those minor issues hardly factor in.

Fast, fresh, very tasty. Impossible tacos were just amazing. Hubby had them too. Both so happy to get something other than a bean burrito at a Mexican place. Get the table side guac minus queso.

Flavorful impossible tacos - Edit
The impossible tacos and and impossible bowl are the only things listed vegan on the menu. You can have them hold on the cheese on the guac to make it vegan. The impossible tacos were amazing. The vegan meat was seasoned perfectly. The salsa with the chips and salsa is delicious. I’m told the cilantro rice is vegan friendly but not the Mexican rice

Vegan options were few, but we had the Impossible tacos, and they were great. I also understand they are very willing to adapt other dishes with vegan ingredients, so I might try that another time. We enjoyed the blood orange sangria and and great service on the lovely patio.
