I hadn’t been here in years, but I went recently to try the vegan impossible tacos and they did not disappoint 😋 definitely go and give these a try! I also got the pineapple infused marg and it was good but pretty strong

I love Cantina Laredo. Separate plant based menu that uses impossible beef crumbles and vegan cheese. I switch between the tacos and the quesadilla. The staff is amazing and the manager cares very much about dietary concerns. I have eaten here probably 30 times or so over the past two years. One time, a few shreds of dairy cheese (you can tell because they are different colors) made it onto my plate. The manager had the kitchen make it again and comped my food. She felt awful. Anyway I love the food and the staff. HIGHLY recommend.
