Quaint cafe with great brunches. - Edit
Stopped in during a weekend trip to Swansea, went for coffee and brunch on a Saturday morning. Liked it so much we went again the day after. Homemade food, great selection and looked family run.

Great Service - Edit
Ordered a Fully Loaded bagel but got it modified with whole meal toast on the side no bagel to have it like an English breakfast style. I also ordered an orange hot chocolate.
Read moreMy friend ordered the panko tofu bowl and cappuccino chocolate.
We both enjoyed what we ordered. Contacted on Instagram and staff made us aware kitchen closes 3pm so they can take orders before hand so its ready for when we come.
I'd like to see a full English Breakfast on offer with scrambled tofu beans hash tomatoes mushrooms.
Like they play the music at a low volume so it makes conversations in the cafe more pleasant.
Pros: 100% Vegan, Very friendly flexible service., Gentle music
Cons: No Full English Breakfast

Great british style breakfast - Edit
Our host recommended this place for their great British breakfast. And boy was she right! I had a great breakfast with all what you crave from an original British breakfast.

Average Coffee - Edit
We didn’t manage to eat here, sadly. Arrived at 14:55 to get a food order in before the kitchen closed at 15:00, but were told the kitchen was already closed. The optimist in me thought 15:00 meant 15:00! As we were already there, we ordered a flat white with oat and a vanilla chai. Sadly, flat white came as a latte and the coffee taste was lacking. The saving grace was the vanilla chai, which was delightful!

Hi Lloyren, I am the owner of No 18 and please accept my apologies for this coffee. This is not a coffee we are proud of and it should not have been served to you. Please contact me when you are next planning to visit so we can redeem ourselves with a complimentary coffee and cake.

Friendly staff. Loved the Buddha bowl but it was more like a salad. I think it needed some beans/grains/pulses or to rice etc.

The best vegan food in my area. - Edit
Being fairly short of vegan options in my area it's a treat to have Canteen 18 as a local all-vegan restaurant. Friendly vibe and service, dogs made to feel welcome, and the food is delicious whether you wantba healthy Buddha bowl/salad or fast food. They also do vegan nights and special events.
