Good option - Edit
We went to Canopy Road for a birthday brunch with my non-vegan in-laws. My husband and I got the vegan skillet and sourdough toast with a side of Morningstar sausage. Everything was really flavorful and we all loved our food. Would love a “sweet” vegan breakfast option like pancakes or waffles but the skillet was very good and we’d go again.

Best option for vegan brunch in the area for sure. The only already vegan option labeled on the menu is the vegan skillet but it’s really good. It’s a tofu scramble with vegetables and it comes on your choice of potatoes with a side of toast
