Good vegan sandwich in Caprim Blanco

We had the vegetarian burger made vegan by removing the cheese and egg, and asked for integral toast.
The handmade pattie was delicious (banana blossom, chickpeas, spices and herbs), with grilled pineapple and veggies.

Pros: Vegan option on asking, In a little city where it's hard to find vegan opt

Cons: Vegan option not written on the menu
