Amazing experience!

12 courses with non alcoholic drink pairings. Ingredients are sustainably sourced, local and in season and each course is bursting with flavours! Chemistry, artistry and creativity all come together to make this a very special culinary experience. Staff are friendly and efficient and talk you through each course. Don't leave without visiting the bathroom, also an interesting experience!

Pros: Taste, Presentation , Staff

Cons: Location, allow time for traffic

Mixed feelings

Totally forgot to write a proper review
I was really looking forward to this place since it’s my first proper fine dining experience
I was stunned by the menu and all the vegan dishes. It’s so many courses so you’ll leave not hungry for sure
It’s out of the way, but I am able to travel for good food. They have a less expensive location as well for more casual dining. Service is out of this world. Explaining everything. Food it self was really hit and miss
The best were two of the canapés starters and the chocolate dessert. This chocolate cake was intense. The main courses were a true let down. Not good and way too much experimenting just wanting too much with using kombucha and also the savoury cheese cake which just tasted somewhat fermented. Just trying too hard of creating smothering new instead of creating delicious meals

Pros: Service

Cons: Expensive 120€ approx , Very far away, Taste

Aww... what a shame, looks so pretty, like an edible art gallery.

Dear Sarilein,

Thank you for your review, and I am sorry to hear about your mixed feelings, especially since it was your first proper fine-dining experience. We take pride in our work and are always striving to improve.

I would like to offer you a full refund for your meal. If you find a fine-dining restaurant that serves better quality dishes with such depth of flavors at the same price, I vow to dine there once a week and consider closing our business. Our price of 3,850 Baht does not even cover the cost of our 14-course tasting menu with 6 glasses of homemade pairings. Our main business is a lab, and we generate revenue through products and research and development projects. The fine-dining experience we offer is a way for us to keep progressing and to thank our customers.

Whether we had hiccups or something made the food truly terrible, I apologize for your experience.

Please contact me directly at +66 974740404 (Line) or +66 974740440 (WhatsApp) to arrange your refund. Thank you.

Pushing the limits of vegan cuisine

The chefs and food scientists here combine an exquisite palate with gastronomic experimentation to push the limits of vegan cuisine. Do not expect to find mixed greens with salad dressing. Instead, get immersed in a novel, flavorful experience that would leave you astounded and wondering, "how did they manage this without animal products?". The ingredients are all local, likely seasonal, and clearly of the highest quality. For most dishes, especially the amuse-bouche, the diverse tastes are balanced to the minutest precision--exhilarating but never overpowering. The lab, located directly upstairs, supplies innovative homemade creation such as caviar, egg yolk, butter, and dashi, all vegan. The non-alcoholic pairing is equally innovative, with surprising flavors and stunning visual appeal. Typically, there is one course that features a familiar local dish (in my case, the eggplant steak with green curry), which may be less exciting for Thai people but more inviting to foreigners--wonderfully executed nevertheless. The presentation is elegant; the atmosphere is cozy yet classy; all hosts are amiable. A fantastic experience.
