My new favorite restaurant - Edit
I visited this restaurant while in Portland, the owner is an older man who takes great pride in his restaurant and the amount of vegan options he has, the restaurant is amazing and the food is even better I wish I could rate this place 5 stars they deserve it! This place is an absolute gem, my only wish is that there could be more of them! Absolutely a must try for anyone in the area. They also offer many to go options and frozen options in bulk.

Vegan Tamales! - Edit
The menu includes a nice selection of vegan tamales. Our server also said that most things on the menu can be made vegan. They use vegetable broth in all of their dishes and they have vegan cheese available.
