Delicious food - must try in Sopot - Edit
[EN] I recommend this spot to which I often return when I am going to Sopot. It is a nice place for meetings with non-vegan friends. As it is in Sopot, it is one of the more expensive spots, but it is definitely worth to go there. They have a few vegan options in the menu - I had one of the best mushroom soup there, delicious baked cauliflower with veggies and pesto (the combination of flavors in this dish is fantastic) and tasty lasagne. I also recommend "Azja jeszcze inaczej" bowl with udon, crispy tofu and veggies - it is a must have in Gaweł.
Read moreThe interior of this place is very modern, elegant and cozy. There was a renovation of this spot sometime ago, and now there is more space for guests inside, although there is a lot of tables outside. The good news is that you can come with your dog (they even have a menu for dogs).
It goes without saying that more vegan options would be perfect for this place, however you should keep in mind the fact that this spot is supposed to be accessible to everyone regardless of dietary choices.
[PL] Polecam tę miejscówkę, do której często wracam, gdy wybieram się do Sopotu. Jest to fajny lokal na spotkanie z niewegańskimi znajomymi Jak to w Sopocie, jest to jedno z droższych miejsc, ale zdecydowanie warto się tam wybrać. Mają kilka opcji wegańskich w menu - jadłam tam jedną z najlepszych zup grzybowych, przepysznego pieczonego z warzywami i pesto (połączenie smaków w tym daniu jest fantastyczne) oraz smaczną lasagne. Polecam również michę "Azja jeszcze inaczej" z makaronem, chrupiącym tofu i warzywami - must have w Gawle.
Wystrój tego miejsca jest bardzo nowoczesny, elegancki i przytulny. Jakiś czas temu zrobili remont i jest więcej miejsca dla gości w lokalu, chociaż na zewnątrz również mają dużo stolików. Plusem jest to, że do lokalu można przychodzić z pieskami (mają nawet menu dla psów).
Wiadomo, że fajnie by było, gdyby mieli więcej wegańskich opcji, ale pamiętajcie, że to miejsce ma być dostępne dla wszystkich bez względu na wybory żywnościowe.

Zamówiłam kalafiora z batatami i pesto i to było niebo w gębie 😀 kalafior nierozgotowany do papki a jędrny, przyprawiony, bataty grubo pokrojone ze skórką a pesto to coś niebiańskiego 😀 do tego upieczone pomidorki z gałązką 😀 całość posypana prażoną cebulką! To samo niebo jeżeli chodzi o lemoniadę imbirową! Niby nic takiego a lepszej nie piłam! Kawałeczki imbiru, świeża mięta i plasterki cytryny! Wrócę tam! Polecam serdecznie. Very pleasant seating (both indoors and outdoors). The staff speak good English if needed and are very helpful. Had an oat milk tea and it was brilliant, it’s right next to the station so it seems like a good place to stop for a quick meal or drink before, after or even during a train journey.

Came for dinner and had a really great cocktail. I also had the hummus and vegan soup of the day, which was a creamy cauliflower. All very good. Plenty of other vegan options on the menu as well.

We visited Sopot today and tried out Cały Gaweł. It was a little crowded since it’s quite small but definitely worth it to try the food. They offer a few vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes that are clearly marked on the menu. I had the micha Azja inaczej (Asian udon bowl) which was very nice with a citrus lemonade which was the highlight of my meal.
