Very American, Good Drinks - Edit
I would say don't go to this place if you are only looking for a good vegan meal. Instead go to nearby El Huerto, On the other hand, if you are looking for an American style bar, as well as the menu options you would often see in an American restaurant, this fits the bill. I only stopped by for happy hour on the 4th of July, which I thought was fun. Our server was really friendly and eager to help with vegan options. As previous reviewers mentioned, here you looking at vegan tacos or other vegan versions of traditional menu items by omitting dairy products. if you are missing America or in a big group of mixed diets for dinner, this can work. On the other hand, if eating with a big group of drunk Americans sounds bad to you, then maybe skip this one.

Favorite Vegan Gringo Food in Chile - Edit
They can make nearly any menu item vegan or vegetarian. They have amazing salads and their hummus and veggie tacos are both naturally vegan. It's absolutely delicious and you'll love the gringo atmosphere. It's a taste of home way down in South America. LOVE THIS PLACE!!
Pros: American sports, English-speaking staff, upstairs patio
