I've been dreaming of trying these cake squares since I first saw pictures of them online. When I was in Berlin for a holiday last week I ordered them for my friend's birthday brunch. I got a warm and friendly welcome when I picked them up in Berlin Friedrichshain - only a short walk from Warschauer Straße.
The little cake squares looked and tasted absolutely amazing! I loved the texture, everything was perfect. It was really nice to have a mixed box with different flavours.
My friend loved them too and said she would quite fancy hiding them in the fridge from her guests so she could have them all to herself😄
