Smashed avo on toast

Subbed halloumi for mushrooms to make vegan. Great generous amount of avo. Had it 2 days in a row and both days same with the generosity. Well seasoned. Coffee was lukewarm on the 2nd trip but I didn't bother to complain.

Pros: Generous, Yum, well seasoned, Great balance of flav

Cons: Lukewarm coffee was silly.
