Perfect Koshari - Edit
The idea of entering a place that doesn't serve meat is satisfying. Apart from the dairy based Um Ali, Cairo Restaurant is a great vegan friendly place that serves an amazing Koshari. The place is remarkably clean. A small indoor dining area. I usually get a takeaway.
