disappointing food.. (wrong address) - Edit
Cafe/restaurant serving meat and vegetarian food. Next to the Au Lac store, where you can buy dried mock meat. Friendly young staff who didn't understand a lot of English but menu is in English. Seems as if it's aiming just at tourists.
Pros: central, atmosphere
Cons: veggie food was very (!) disappointing
