Serves meat, vegan options available. Spacious cafe in the town center, with bamboo interior, offers some vegan choices. Veggie cooked breakfast can also be made vegan: sauteed potatoes, roast vine tomatoes, large mushroom, baked beans and spinach. The vegan porridge on breakfast menu is made with coconut milk, passion fruit coulis and chia seeds. Lunch menu includes vegan dishes such as Mediterranean vegetable and butterbean stew, wrap or jacket potato with 3 bean chili. Other wrap options include falafel with tahini maple dressing and hummus, roast red pepper and spinach. Has vegan baked goods such as fruit crumble bars and chocolate tahini brownies. Open Mon-Sun 9:00am-5:00pm.

Well priced, fresh & organic food and incredibly accommodating to all dietary requirements (including vegan butter-yum!). Very friendly staff & great atmosphere-definitely pop into this cafe when in Tenby, especially as vegan food is hard to come by, as well as staff that are vegan friendly!
