Lovely breakfast, beautiful beach - Edit
We visited on a Friday morning in early October. We parked at the National Trust car park (£5 all day; no option for shorter duration) and walked down the road to the beach. Don't take the gravel track off to the right of the road as you come out of the car park as that takes you up along the head land.
Read moreThe cafe has indoor and outdoor seating, dogs are welcome outside, there were no signs saying they couldn't go inside but it was a beautiful sunny day so we sat outside in the sun.
We both had the vegan breakfast (clearly labelled/identified as vegan on the breakfast menu), an oat latte and a tea with soya. The breakfast came with an option of Quorn or vegetable sausage (x2), mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans and small potato croquettes/tater tots. We had the choice of brown or white bread (one piece of toast) and it arrived with a pot of vegan spread (the server said "here's some vegan spread") and jam. The portion size was very decent.
Note: breakfast is served until 12pm then they switch to a lunch menu which also has vegan options clearly labelled.
Definitely a highlight of our trip to the Llyn Peninsula; the beach was almost empty so the dogs could have a run and play in the sea. The sea was a gorgeous turquoise colour and the sand was golden. Supposedly, the sand whistles as you walk on it but it sounded more like a squeak to us!
Only reason for not giving 5* is because I save 5* for solely vegan places.
Pros: Vegan options clearly labelled on the menu, Tasty food and good coffee, Fantastic location

Lovely lunch & great views - Edit
Lovely cafe right on the beach at Porthor (Whistling Sands). They had a few vegan options which they were happy to serve in whatever combination was preferred. The sweet potato soup & burger were particularly good. Everything seemed freshly made. Very helpful staff. Recommended.

Excellent vegan options and great staff - Edit
There are quite a lot of vegan options (probably more than the formal menu indicates). I had the vegan breakfast, which was great. I had the choice of quorn sausages or vegetable sausages; I chose vegetable. Those and the potato croquettes were especially good. Another in our party had the beetroot falafels from the specials board, and they were also especially good. The staff were very attentive and friendly. With outdoor seating having a view of the bay, all things considered this seems like a great place (as far as omnivorous places go).
