Good coffee, soy and almond milk options. All the vegan food was out by 12, so one earlier. Fun staff.

On point almond milk latte - Edit
I popped in to Caffetto to grab a latte before my hair appointment and Wasn't disappointed. I've found a lot of coffee shops can't foam alternative milks and you end up paying for hot almond milk with espresso: ( These guys got it right! They also have kombucha on tap and a couple of vegan treats as well (they had a muffin that sold out before I get here). The inside is pretty cool for hanging out or people watching.

Cool and cozy - Edit
Caffetto is one of the best independent, neighborhood cafes in Minneapolis. It's cozy, but also has a hip, punker edge to it. You can always chat up the staff or just chill out and read/work on your laptop. They have a good selection of teas and other drinks, but what really makes this place stand out is its vegan baked goods, which are supplied by Hard Times Cafe. This is one of few coffee shops in the Twin-Cities that has vegan baked stuff for sale, in addition to a vegan soup and sandwiches. Hip atmosphere, friendly staff and good food make Caffetto a winner.
