Nice cafe - Edit
Had more Vegan Items than expected. However, Vegan items are not marked. I'll help point these out from the time of my visit, but make sure to confirm.
Read moreVeggie Muffuleta is a ciabatta sandwich with an olive spread, artichokes, mushrooms, red peppers, & basil. Had a strong olive taste & a bit salty as a result, but I did like it. Minestrone soup was delicious. I confirmed again it was vegan because it has a creamy consistency, but this appears to be from the beans. They also have roasted veggie pizza minus cheese, all salads need to be modified, but since you're landing with mostly lettuce they offered to add tomatoes etc, they have many sides/cold salads:
Roasted veggies, antipasto salad, Tuscan beets, quinoa salad, fruit salad, and couscous salad.
Also offers homemade granola & plant based milks.
Note that the eggplant & portabella lasagna are Vegetarian, NOT Vegan. Pastries? None Vegan!
Pros: Helpful staff, Cute Cafe atmosphere
Cons: Would be wonderful if they labeled Vegan, Suggest they add a trio sides menu option w/bread

I was pleasantly surprised by how many vegetarian options there were, even without asking for substitutions. The frittata of the day was even vegetarian!
