Okayish variety - Edit
Assuming this is the café down by the Freccia/Italo tracks, you can get a few vegan snacks like a carrot cake or a filled croissant as well as some prepackaged snacks like biscuits. The carrot cake was okay. 2€ for a small snack is what you can expect in a train station, I guess.

Terrible plant milk coffees. I threw mine away after one sip. So bad! Their vegan croissants looked sad but it’s nice they offer them.
