Great to find oat milk in Tacuarembo

Really cute café inside the actual bus terminal.

Oat milk is available in stores, so places will use it if you bring your own, but this café is open 24/7 and has oat milk on hand as well as my favourite local kombucha! They make fresh juice and smoothies using oat milk as well, so if you're thirsty, from 3pm to 3am, check it out.

Cons: Not 100% vegan
