Serves meat, vegan options available. Casual cafe with small round tables. Menu is all vegetarian except for a couple non-veg sandwiches. Serves toast, coffee, milkshakes, and alcoholic beverages, hot vegetarian dishes with tofu and tempeh, salad, falafels, sandwiches, ratatouille. No smoking. Directions: From Charles Bridge on the east side of the river, walk south pass 3 bridges, Na Hrobci is just one block before the 4th bridge south of the Charles Bridge. Open Mon-Fri 10:00am-10:00pm, Sat-Sun 12:00pm-10:00pm.

nice place shame about the ham and tuna - Edit
This is a cute little place as you follow the river down from the Charles Bridge. You can either walk or get a tam direct to the cafe. The vegetarian / vegan choice is excellent but they do serve ham and tuna sandwiches when in reality there is no need. Friendly place that could quite easily be vegetarian. Personally I wouldn't go back considering the amount of new vegetarian & vegan places in Prague now but if you are here for a long time you could give it a go I suppose and maybe tell them that they could cut out the ham and tuna.

Was here on a past trip to Prague, and here's my Cafeterapie updates for happycow.
The location this restaurant was easy to find but it's a good 30 minute walk south of the Charles Bridge on the main road along the bridge. I recommend calling ahead of time to see if they are open, because even though the hours said open on Sunday, when I walked there, it was closed!
From the window I could see inside, and it was a causal place with some small round tables. Nice space. The food menu was simple with a decent range. Has alcoholic beverages.
