Be Among the Locals - Edit
Delicious iced chai and vegan carrot cake for the win. Plus the young lady took the time to talk about the neighborhood and gave us some great recs for things to see.

All vegan choices are clearly labelled as are the vegetarian options. You can have all hot beverages with either soy, almond or oat milk (with an extra). They also have a veggie-pattie sandwich and a falafel sandwich that are vegan and they have many vegan pastries. The place is small and really crowded during the weekend, but if you want it to go, the service is really fast.
