One of our favorites

We probably eat here once a week. Just about any of the salads can be made vegan. They use to allow you to substitute quinoa for any of the proteins but they don’t serve quinoa anymore. Big disappointment. Now we usually get the Nut Berry Salad and their plant based chicken sandwich on ancient grain bread. They will also give you the strawberry without the chocolate covering.

Lots of vegetarian, but not many vegan, options

As for vegan, the chickpea vegetable soup and berries and nut salads are great options. You can also get one of the bowls and modify it. I got the Mediterranean Bowl minus the chicken, feta and tzatziki sauce. It was yummy! Be careful because a lot of the dressings have honey.

There were more vegetarian options.

They are very friendly towards gluten-free, also.

Pros: Gluten-free options, Some vegan options

Good quick options

I only order the same things every time, so I can't speak to all their vegan options. The Nuts About Berries salad is delicious and tends to satisfy my sweet tooth. The vegetarian sandwich can be veganized if you remove the cheese and pesto. It's not bad but nothing to write home about either. The sandwich by itself doesn't typically fill me up. The chickpea and vegetable soup is vegan already. Options get added seasonally. Most of the time, they're not vegan, but there is a vegan friendly choice every so often.

Pros: Several options can be made vegan, Tasty

Cons: Not super filling
