Serves meat, vegan options available. Chain of quick service restaurants in the Pacific Northwest. Offers bowls, sandwiches, salads, wraps, breakfast; has tempeh and tofu. Signature dish is the Yumm bowl which comes with choice of brown or jasmine rice, beans, and topped with sauce, salsa, veggies, and dairy - ask to make your bowl vegan, and kitchen will substitute cheese/cream for avocado or veggies.

I had the teriyaki tofu bowl over salad instead of rice and it was very satisfying for airport food.

I love the customization options of Cafe Yumm, and they are super vegan-friendly. Just let them know, and they'll happily adjust anything on their menu.

Pros: Great breakfast scramble - served all day

Great Airport Option - Edit

If you're stuck at PDX, there aren't that many options. Mod Pizza is ok, but Yumm has decent options. I got one of the Yumm bowls with edamame, nori, beans, and quinoa, and substituted avocado for the dairy. It was great and not that expensive (for airport food).

Pros: Decent vegan options, Whole plant options
