Great vegan options

This restaurant serves a wide range of dishes, including meat and diary, but has a great vegan menu. A lot of thought went into the vegan options: they look beautiful, and present a combination of flavours and textures that I have never thought of or made at home (as opposed to the regular vegan options at non-vegan restaurants). I can especcilay recommend the legume bourgignon and the watermelon soup, but I am also very curious to see what will be next on the menu!!
