I had a very tasty Vege Power Bowl with avocado & tempeh — yummy and healthy. Low-key place with friendly staff. Glad to see another option in the Dimond neighborhood with good vegan food!

I just ate at Cafe Umami for the first time and I was very impressed-everything I had was delish! I had the vege power bowl and the mushroom toast. I’m not usually into the whole “bowl” thing, but I really enjoyed theirs-great flavors and satisfying. The staff was very friendly too!

So many delicious vegan options! My favorite is the avocado toast with tempeh, and the overnight oats. Good coffee, chai, golden lattes. Lots of gluten free options too. The place itself is calming, and everyone is so nice.
