I only had the opportunity of eating here once when I was staying overnight in the area, but I enjoyed the food so much I felt compelled to write a review. Everything I got (a salad bowl, wrap, dessert, and tenders) was so flavourful, perfectly seasoned, and cooked exactly right. The salad bowl felt healthy while being totally filling and a bit indulgent. The tenders were a dream and I wished I had gone for the set of 6! I also appreciated the generous portion size for the sauces.😄The cheesecake brownie did actually taste like a classic brownie (not like a flat piece of chocolate cake). There are fun packaged snacks and goodies that you can purchase as well, many of which I hadn't seen before. The person who took my order was also so friendly and absolutely lovely. Overall I was really impressed with every item I got, and I would go out of my way to make a special trip here again if I am ever back in this area!

We stopped here on our university tour, coming down from Warwick to Southampton. We just made it by 630 so had to go for a takeaway. All 3 of us had a different burger with the skin on fries. Mine was the satay burger with garlic fries. Gorgeous. I could not manage all the fries big portions.

Went here twice during our visit to Southampton. Had the BBQ Stack burger and chips first time, then the Dragon Protein Bowl the second time. Burger was really tasty and well cooked, chips were pretty good, and the bowl was decent. Think I'd have preferred one of the other bowls more, in hindsight. Not a big fan of hummus and quinoa, but thought I'd give it a try.

The thing that'll stick with me though was the affogato... Just soft serve ice cream and espresso, but was very tasty.
Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the ketchup. But that's a very minor thing.

Cafe Thrive does cafe food really well and has something for everyone, from breakfast burritos, sandwiches, burgers, loaded fries and more. There's quite a lot to choose from the sweets display too (I didn't like these as much, the display case dries them out). I enjoyed the burger a lot and the loaded hash browns were pretty good too.

Important place in Southampton as it seems to be one of the only vegan spots here. Good coffee. The food is good but is kind of old school vegan. Lots of treats and grocery items as well. I kind of messed up getting the vanilla slice as I didn’t really enjoy it but I’ve had their other sweets and they’re better.

Fully vegan with something for everyone: breakfast, burgers, wraps and comfort food, healthy salad bowls and mouth watering desserts! I had the Dragon protein salad bowl which was delicious and very filling.

Amazing food - I tried a healthy bowl, a satay seitan burger, loaded fries, milkshake, cupcake and viennese whirl. Everything was 10/10. The menu is big and varied, including healthy options (sometimes hard to find in a vegan restaurant), a huge cake selection and decent drinks like karma cola, Fentimans and kombucha.
Read moreOnly negatives were that the burgers don't automatically come with any sides - you have to order that separately. Also almond and coconut milk are 25p extra which I thought was strange for a vegan place. (Oat/soya no charge).

I had the ‘chicken’ burger and my partner had the whole food burger. We also had sweet potato fries and soft drinks. Everything tasted really good, but not too heavy. We also bought cookies to take away and will definitely return.

Took us a while to decide what we wanted because it all sounded so good. We got fries, a burger, tendens, burito and a oreo milkshake. We would defenatly come back if we're ever in the city again.
