Friendly Service and Tasty Food - Edit

We had lunch here a few days ago and found the food tasty and fresh. We started with salsa and corn chips, then had the lunch combo (which was great value for money) I had the vegetable soup and cesear salad. The soup was delicious, really fresh and made with seasonal veggies. My partner had the chicken soup and the Italian focaccia which he throughly enjoyed.

Service was extremely friendly making the experience all the better.

Only suggestion would to have some gluten free options. Other than that I would highly recommend a visit.

Pros: Fresh food, Friendly service, Cosy interior

Cons: No GF options, Long walk from centre of town

Fair choice, bit pricy - Edit

Without putting all focus on veggie choices, there are quite a few things to choose from. The vegan options are mostly beans in different forms, and I felt that the prices were a bit too high by Quito standards. I had a rather normal chilli for $7. My friends didn't get everything they had ordered right away, but had to ask again. The owner is American, she talked to us tourists about her plan for the place and was very nice. Hopefully the place will continue to develop, to be a little bit of a art hub.
