Amazing fluffy pancakes!! - Edit
I had the vegan pancakes with sausage for a work brunch and I was so impressed. I was not expecting a whole page of vegan options. The atmosphere in this place is very nostalgic and comfy.

Wonderful brunch find - Edit
The vegan brunches we had were great - Vegan Joe's Scramble with hash browns, and Vegan Pancakes with vegan links. The service was impeccable and friendly. Their plant-based menu and the staff were clear about the details (including specifics such as vegan syrup, and that fries are not cooked in vegan oil - see screenshot). They also asked to see our Covid vax cards, staff wore masks, the tables were amply spaced, and there were outdoor tables available too. There was hand sanitizing gel on each table (which made me happy, especially after handling the ketchup and hot sauce bottles). The actual restaurant is airy with a high ceiling, colorful flooring and a somewhat homey feel. A great find and first experience at a mall I would not otherwise have thought to go to.

Mixed Feelings - Edit
I wanted to love this place so much, especially since they had a separate vegan menu with great options. Unfortunately they had a huge blue lives matter wooden flag engraving posted right at the front door and I've also heard some negative things about the owner's personal morals. It's a bummer because the staff was extremely helpful and so kind. I personally have mixed feelings about supporting this place, but ultimately everyone has to make that decision for themselves.

Don't waste your time - Edit
I called before coming here to make sure their pancakes are vegan. The person on the phone assured me the pancakes are "dairy free" but once I was there the server told me they use pancake mix containing milk products.

Great local restaurant that's been around for many years. Great for family meals. Friendly staff and owners who know vegan. Great menu to please everyone.
