Best option in Orbe

I was surprised to find a vegan dish on a menu of a swiss restaurant in a small city, where in most pother restaurants in the region all vegetarian dishes are drowned in cheese. The fried vegetables were nothing to write home about, but the restaurant is very nicely located at the main square of the medieval village of Orbe and I enjoyed my time here.

The dish wasn't marked as vegan on the menu but staff confirmed that it is indeed vegan.
