Great considering few options in town

Hawks Nest is generally unaware of veganism, so I was surprised when this cafe offered a vegan sausage roll. I confirmed with staff that it was vegan, and they went the extra effort to ensure the tomato relish and salad components were vegan.

The food was nice enough I would happily go back, but also nothing that special.

While I didn’t ask, I feel they would easily be able to make other standards like salad sandwiches vegan.

The actual cafe is also lovely, with things like board games and an open mic night

Pros: Only vegan option I have seen in town, Cheapest food in town probably, Lovely atmosphere

Cons: Only one vegan option
