Organic vegetarian cafe with several outlets in Paris. Food is mostly vegan except for eggs in some dishes and desserts. Pay attention when ordering a coffee with milk, as by default they serve it with cow's milk (almond milk is available). This its 4th branch. REPORTED CLOSED, JULY 2016. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-6:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:00am-7:00pm.

Mini-Pinson good for a quick bite - Edit
This new Pinson is located in the heart of the Marais, inside a concept store.
It can accommodate around 20 people; the atmosphere and menu is very alike to the Pinson at Le 66 in Champs-Elysees, and vegan-options are available as usually.
It's important to note that the food is served only between 11.30 and 14.00. After that, you can have some desserts and drinks.
If you know Pinson, then you know what to expect.
No surprises at all.
Pros: tasty, vegan-friendly, location
Cons: eggs and milk is used, portions could be slightly larger
