Onion's Most Underrated Branch - Edit
Onion's other branches are in trendier locations and, in the case of Anguk, located in a hanok-style building that is popular with tourists but they are also always overrun. Onion Mia is in Northern Seoul in a more Brutalist-style space, but it is in fact lovely: it's frequented by locals mainly, you can always get a spot (definitely during the week) and space is actually nice (interior decorations, natural light). They have a good number of vegan drinks; the only downside is that none of their bread and pastries are vegan.
