A vegetarian cafe with vegan options (please inquire). Located up some steep stairs but worth the climb. Casual hippy atmosphere with mattresses & cushions to lounge on, plus a few small tables & chairs. All food is freshly prepared in-house. Offers a large array of hot and cold drinks including juices and smoothies. Has both raw and cooked food. Holds regular film screenings. Open Mon-Sat 7:30am-11:00pm.

Another favourite in Rishikesh, some vegan options. - Edit
This place is a little far from everything, but it's worth the walk. Peaceful and nice environment. Some vegan options available and wifi (even though, just as anywhere in Rishikesh, I wouldn't trust my life to their wifi quality...).

We ate here several times as we liked to food so much. Fresh, organic and with plenty of vegan options, plus they will adapt the vegetarian options to suit you.
The juices were amazing and so many choices.
The atmosphere is very casual hippy and comfortable on the floor mattresses. The couple of small tables with chairs are very uncomfortable.
This is good food prepared well so expect to wait.
And watch out for the very steep stairs to reach the front door.
