Beautiful space, some vegan options

This is a spacious restaurant with lots of seating options: inside, outside, tables, lounge. They display artwork of local artists. Organic coffee is their specialty. They have an extensive breakfast and lunch menu, as well as a variety of teas and coffees, fresh juice blends and smoothies, including a plant-based protein smoothie.
I had the only truly vegan food selection, a veggie burrito. But like many restaurants in SMA you can order many items “sin queso” and make them vegan. I’ve had the avocado toast (without cheese) here in the past and it was very good.
The burrito was delicious. Made with quinoa and tahini and a generous amount of avocado and other fresh vegetables. It came with a fresh green salad that was also very good. I had a good black tea. In a town famous for coffee, it’s nice to find some good tea. I asked for soy milk. They didn’t have that, but did have almond milk.
The portions are very generous. I ate the salad and half of the burrito, and had the other half wrapped to go.

Pros: Beautiful space, good service , Generous portions, delicious , Extensive juice blend and smoothie menu

Cons: A little pricey , Wish there were a couple more vegan options
