Limited, but tasty vegan options

The two vegan options for breakfast mains today were a tofu scramble ( which I got) and a vegetable hash ( which I did not). The scramble was nice, if simple. They used a soft tofu which is not my preference, but that's a me thing. The ingredients were all local and largely organic.

In a world and an area where vegan breakfast options are painfully limited to basically fruit cups and dry toast, it's nice to find a place that cares about us at least a little.

The staff was accommodating to our large group.
