Amazing vegan brunch - Edit
The vegan brunch platter is incredible. Mine included a selection of sweet and savoury options, including fruit and bread. I was eating with someone who has coeliac disease and the gluten free version of the platter was impressive as well.

Read moreEverything was homemade (even the wrap and blinis!) and tasted fantastic and interesting. It's both a plus and a minus that the brunch components change every time, I feel that it cannot possibly top the one I had.
Coffee was just okay though, got a latte in a tiny cappuccino cup, coffee cooled down quickly.

This has been my go to place for some time now, as I believe it to have some of the best vegan food in Fredericia. The cafe is small but super cozy and the owner and staff are always very friendly. All of the food is homemade and quality is clearly very important to the owner.
Read moreI can highly recommend the brunch which they happily make vegan upon request. The brunch board changes a bit from time to time but always has an interesting selection of sweets and savouries that is more than just the usual bun and yoghurt.
My only complaint is, that I wish they would have told me that their chai latte is made with a chai mix that contains milk powder when I ordered it many times with a VEGAN brunch and made with oat milk. I only found out because I saw it in a store and checked the ingredients out of habit.
So if you’re going for the vegan brunch make sure to not order a chai latte when they list it off as a drink option and tell you it can be made with plant milk. They can make a vegan hot cocoa though.

My wife and I had read about Mair's and stopped by for a vegan brunch a couple of weeks ago. Brunch consisted of various foods that were individually really tasty, with great texture and depth of flavor - the kinds if dishes you can only make if you really care about plant-based food and believe that it can be delicious. They also have vegetarian options.

Lovely atmosphere on a sunny summer evening, and the service was very good. However apart from the soup, the vegan options are just variations on a theme. A tasty theme, but not much variety. The soup was great. I recommend, but don't get too excited.

We've been here twice for dinner during our weekly stay in Middelfart. The restaurant has some cool stuff on the walls and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. I've had Viva Las Vegan on the first visit and Mair's Powerpan on the second. They have vegan cookies, but did not have a vegan dessert.

A cozy place with great food that’s delicious and different from the usual burgers and sandwiches normally offered at Danish cafes. Has a very nice and welcoming staff. Had a main course even though evening hours hadn’t started yet. Great food!

Lots of different things on the platter - slices of watermelon and pear, potato salad, bread, 2 dips, pancakes with small bean patties inside. And half a chocolate granola bar, it was never ending! 😁😁😁 They also include a juice and hot drink with the platter for 175 krone. They have oat milk for the hot drinks.
Pros: Homemade food which feels healthy and is yummy!, Enough vegan options, as well as the platter,, There was a sandwich and soup.
Cons: Maybe a little pricey but it's really good quality

I rarely check out the places with meat available, but as there weren’t any strictly vegan places around we checked this place out. So worth it. Amazing service, knowledgeable staff and great food. A bit pricey, but the vegan brunch platter is easily shared and worth it. It was delicious and the cafe was super cute

Great vegan options both flavorful and filling! We had the pumpkin soup and bean croquets, both were fantastic! They always have a vegan soup of the day which is perfect for the cold winter evenings in Denmark! Make reservations if dinning on the weekend.

I visit this cafe as often as I can. They have a few vegan and vegetarian dishes. The soup of the day is always vegan. You can get e vegan or vegetarian brunch, although this is not on the menu. Just ask for it. You can also try vegan versions of the danish dish "smørrebrød" that most danes eat for lunch. A lot of the food and drinks are organic. The coffee should best one of the best (I don't drink coffee, but this is what they are famous for). Also great for drinks and a game. I absolutely love this place and its vintage vibe. You always feel welcome. The best vegan and vegetarian food in Fredericia!
