Small cafe offering vegan food and drinks since 2018. Offers traditonal breakfast, Spanish potato tortilla, German potato salad, bruschetta with Misobrasada onion and cheese, zucchini spagheti with pesto, quiche with smoked tofu and red Thai curry with chick peas. Drinks include coffee with different plant milks as well as herbal teas and house-made lemonade. Open Mon-Thu 10:00-22:00, Fri-Sat 10:00-00:00, Sun 10:00-17:00.

We both had the daily menu (offered from Monday to Friday) for lunch. The menu costs 13.50 euros for a starter (3 options), a main course (3 options), a drink and a dessert (6 options). Great price! Everything tasted really well and the portions were good. Friendly staff as well. Recommended!

It really can’t be said enough; the food is very tasty and staff friendly. However, what really makes this place stand out to me are the incredibly fair prices. I had the chili which was filling and only 9,50€. Definitely recommend going there if you’re in the area!

We had the best time at Cafe Madrigal! The food (fully vegan) was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic!!! You can sit inside (great on a hot day!) or outside. The atmosphere is so relaxing and they even sell cute bags that help support the street cats in Ruzafa😄I would highly recommend this place - we will be going back at least one more time before we leave Valencia!

I can’t say enough nice things about this restaurant. Excellent quality and great taste. We ate here three or four times and each time the staff was fantastic. Our favorites were the spanish omellete and the rice and curry BUT everything we tried was great.

I had the croissant which was so delicious, flaky, and doughy. The ‘foie gras’ has a light but savory flavor and was amazing. We also ordered the tortilla de patatas with zucchini and it was soft, fluffy, and truly incredible. We had the tofu and onion quiche which is A MUST. It tastes smoky like ham and egg somehow. I was blown away by all these dishes. Last but not least we had a chocolate chip cookie and I would skip the cookie. Besides the cookie, I would eat here several times a week if I lived nearby. Some of the best vegan food is here and you should definitely come if you can. We scraped our dishes clean it was so good. I was so full but wanted to try the quiche and still ate the whole thing because it was just that good.

Getting off the train at 11am, I expected it would be difficult to find vegan food before the typical Spanish lunchtime. But here this place was, all vegan, serving breakfast or lunch foods in the morning, right by the station. On top of all of that, it was delicious and so reasonably priced!
Read moreThe potato tortilla was SO GOOD. I dream about it over a year later. the coffee and entrees were really nice. We missed our train out of Valencia so we came back the next morning because this is the only full sized vegan meal in the city so early in the morning.
The waiter was also really kind and knew English.
Highly recommend. Thank you for being in business and serving at unusual times!!
