Serves meat, vegan options available. Cafe with several locations. Menu is mostly lacto-vegetarian, with a few meat sandwiches. Could make an item vegan by request. In-house made freshly baked bread. Name on the restaurant is written only in Hebrew. NOV 2017 REPORTED SHUT DOWN.

Very good - Edit
The place is good, with lots of vegan options. The best one is the sandwich. The price is okay.

Great place to visit - Edit
This is a really nice little cafe that was quite the oasis for vegan travelers tired of falafel and hummus in Israel. Cafe Louise (watch out the name on the door is only in Hebrew, but it is Cafe Louise in both languages) provides a number of interesting salads (including seaweed and noodle salads), as well as a few vegetarian sandwiches, and several vegan pastas. In addition, they have soy milk for coffees and also do a real Chocolat drink (in French style) using dark chocolate and soy milk. Fresh juices here as well, and lots of wonderful breads made on the premises. Well worth a stop if you are in Haifa. Not cheap, but certainly not expensive by Israel standards.
