A few options - Edit
Hummus and falafel are always a vegan option at many restaurants, but Shakdhuka isn't unless you order falafel Shakshuka at Cafe Landwer.

Great Mediterranean options from appetizers, salads and mains - Edit
Landwer being Israeli owned, offers a fusion menu of Mediterranean & Middle Eastern cuisine with many options for vegetarians incl. Vegan options. Loved the halva latte and salad.

They have a few labelled plant based options on the menu. My meal was unfortunately very salty but the fake meat was good.
