Fully vegan and organic cafe serving galettes (savoury crepes with fillings such as vegan cheese, veggies, chilli con carne), soups and drinks. Uses local and natural ingredients. Lunch menu is served 11am to 2pm. Sweet galette menu is served from 2pm to 5pm (last order at 4:30pm), which fillings may include cinnamon sugar, red bean, soy custard, matcha, and strawberries. Also has a connecting shop which sells some vegan items like dried ramen, oils, coffee, store-made vegan soups, and more. The menu changes frequently. Open Tue-Sun 11:00am-5:00pm. Closed every Monday.

Vegan food in Yamagata prefecture - Edit
So happy someone posted this little restaurant. It's somewhat hard to find vegan food here in Yamagata.

Fantastic Vegan Galettes! - Edit
I had the Set B which was a Chilli Con Carne galette with corn soup and a side salad and everything was absolutely perfect! The galette was so delicious. A great vegan option for any veg people visiting Yamagata.
