Cosy cafe with friendly staff - Edit
Cosy cafe with lots of light just behind the Ribe Torvet (square). We had coffee (with a cheaper refill) and vegan hot chocolate, which was delicious. The 'cake of the day' was raw chocolate cake with fresh fruit. Vegan and gluten free dishes were clearly marked on the menu and children's portions are available (I assume these are smaller, which also makes them perfect for older people). Staff/owner speaks English. We will definitely come back, since this is the only health food/veggie/vegan restaurant in the Ribe/Tønder area.
Pros: A lot of vegan and gluten free options., English-speaking staff
Cons: Same price range as other Danish restaurants
