Great avocado toast and service was quick too. Not many vegan options though and quite expensive. Good option for the daily dose of veggies though (I found it to be pretty difficult to find dishes with lots of vegetables in Portugal).

A good choice for a quick lunch - Edit
I personally would like more than just veggies. Maybe some tofu or seitan to add a little protein. But overall, if you’re looking for a quick sandwich in Lisbon then this is a good choice near the train station.

I recently visited this cute café, drawn in by its inviting atmosphere, vegan options, and gluten-free bread. The cozy interior and fun music set a great vibe, but my excitement dwindled with the food. The avocado toast, though promising, had a disappointingly bland taste. Brunch at Janis - Edit
Cute restaurant which offers mainly breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes. The service was very quick and good. There was a queue but we were helped very fast. After ordering it only took 10 minutes before our food was ready.

Had brunch there with my partners before a long day around, we ate there around 10 am and we started feeling hungry again till 6 pm! As for vegan options we took avo toast, the chocolate oat and the cake of the day! It was all delicious and so fulfilling! Would like to go there again!!

Absolutely loved everything we ordered. I was amazed by the vegan drinks they had - had a vegan pisco sour with aquafaba foam. We tried the vegan nachos with guacamole, vegan bowl and vurrito with really good hummus. Would definitely come back, the staff was really friendly and the vibe was very pleasant.

Read moreI had the vegan breakfast burrito and it was amazing. Filled with red beet, hummus, chick peas and veggies, especially the dip it comes with rounds it up very well. Really loved it.
Coffee was available with soy or oat milk, service was fast and great.

We were seariching for breakfast place and most places were closed except Janis. They saved us with delicious vegan bowl and avo toast. Great quality of vegetables and taste. really perfect bowl with all you need for good start of the day. :)
